I found this little place while searching for Barbeque in Petersburg so I decided to try it out.. MAN the food was excellent!! good soulfood.. I got the Barbeque and also went with the meatloaf which both came with two sides, cornbread or roll and a 12 oz. Drink.. unfortunately they were out of mac& cheese but the collards and potato salad that I got was mouth watering!! if your ever riding through Petersburg Virginia on route 36 near Fort Gregg-Adams stop by and try a lil something you'll be glad you did

I ordered the smothered pork chops with onions and gravy, collard greens, cabbage, cornbread, and water. They give you a good amount of pork chops! There were two in there and they wrap it in tinfoil so it’s easier transportation. The porkchops were absolutely amazing! The collard greens and cabbage looked and tasted fresh. There’s also seating available on the inside with a waiting area and three tables, at least when I came which was early afternoon. It looks like the place opens up more at night. I would definitely recommend!
